Student Appraiser Guide is published by the Appraisal Foundation and is intended to provide general information on the changes in the requirements an individual must meet to obtain a state's certified appraiser credential. This document is intended to provide additional resources to help student appraisers become credentialed.

2009 Real Property Appraiser Qualifications Criteria is published by the Appraisal Foundation. This version was produced in October 2009.

Required Core Curriculum is a detailed list of courses and hours required for each level of licensure.

Education Module Content Breakdown For a course to be approved for appraisal education towards appraisal licensure, each course taught must cover the subtopics within the course module. Compare the course outline of the course you have taken with the course module subtopics to determine if it meets the AQB curriculum content requirements.
