Bobbitt and Company Inc. is pleased to
offer two categories of appraisal courses:
QUALIFYING EDUCATION COURSES
Our
Qualifying Education(formerly termed "pre-license") courses are approved in Kansas, Missouri and Iowa and accepted by Nebraska (if taken in Kansas) and are applicable toward the
requirements for licensure. Each of the courses are taught in ”clock” hours each with a diagnostic-type exam at
the conclusion of each course as required by the state. Courses are held at our new location at Career Education Systems in the Ward Parkway Mall at 8600 Ward Parkway, Ste 130 in Kansas City, MO. Click on
Locationsfor maps and directions. Classes begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and end on time.
CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES
Our
Continuing Educationcourses are repeated throughout the fiscal year in 3 cities: Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO and Wichita, KS.
ALL Continuing Education courses are approved in both Kansas and Missouri and accepted by Nebraska (if taken in Kansas). Additionally, the “National” USPAP UPDATE course is available and taught by AQB Certified USPAP Instructor Robert K. Bates.
Courses begin at 8:00 a.m. and feature a 30-minute lunch break thus allowing for a timely afternoon dismissal. Completion certificates are available at the conclusion of each course. Many of the Qualifying Education Courses are also available for credit as Continuing Education.
