    AQE-301 — Advanced Residential Applications and Case Studies, 15-Hours
                      ($275)

    This course focuses on complex properties that include valuing unique and high-end residential dwellings. Case studies will be used for discussion, analysis, and problem solving to elevate student's knowledge of challenging residential appraisal assigments and develop the expertise to recognize and address those situations at the Certified Residential level.     AQE-302 — Statistics, Modeling & Finance, 15-Hours ($275)
                   (Textbook included in price of course, a $35 value!)

    This course is designed to provide students both the theory and practice of statistics, real estate finance, and valuation modeling for today's Certified Residential appraiser. Course includes basic instruction on the HP12C financial calculator. Text Provided.

    AQE-303 — Mastering Unique and Complex Property Appraisal, 20-Hour
                       Course ($360)
